I cannot thank Dr Patel enough, after some very poor NHS dental work from another practice she has restored my smile, confidence and trust in visiting the dentist. Her dental nurse Deb was absolutely fantastic and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Surgery was spotless and all Covid procedures were strictly followed to ensure my safety.
The whole staff are exceptionally polite, professional and are leading a safe service throughout the difficulties with Covid.
I attended for my initial examination and was treated like a VIP guest. A problem with my jaw, was finally diagnosed and within 3 weeks of exercises and advice this has now improved.
Dr Patel has restored my natural smile and teeth, and saved me over £2000 in treatment fees that I had been quoted by another practice, which would not have been suitable due to my jaw and bite problem.
I can honestly say that as a former dental nurse, I could not fault anything, I was so impressed by how gently the dental treatment was carried out. At all times I was given the choice to choose the treatment right for me, all costs and aftercare was explained and provided in writing.
Reception staff, most importantly Katie was so thorough and polite, contacting me when there was a cancellation and advising me of local parking, this friendly voice and face when I attended really settled my nerves prior to my treatment appointment, because who doesn't occasionally get a little nervous?
I have rebooked for my next appointment in 6months and I have already recommended Dr Patel and High Street Dental Practice to a friend who is looking to book in.
